Shipping Info For DarkLordGecko.com Our main concern is the health & well being of your new animals. We are located minutes from O’Hare International Airport & Midway Airport. We wait until the last possible minute to pack your order thus minimizing the time bagged in transit and reducing the amount of stress on your animals. Each animal is hand inspected prior to leaving our facility. If any problems arise with your order, we will contact you prior to shipping. All animals are shipped via Delta Dash to your nearest airport or FedEx Priority Overnight with delivery guaranteed by FedEx by 10:30am. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with any and all tracking information. If you are shipping via FedEx, may we suggest; “HOLD FOR PICKUP” If you have a FedEx Staffed Facility/Hub near you, this is the best thing!
